Cognitive processes rest on their degree of fit to relevant environmental structures. Techno-scientific developments change the environmental structures and thus challenge the education system since it seems that the motivation and curiosity in the classroom fade. At this point we ask how to foster curiosity and self-expression? What is our place as people and teachers in the technological age? In the course we will unfold frameworks to such questions from an in-depth acquaintance with processes in artificial intelligence and with models of innovative thinking and offer a new perspective: instead of a threat, technology can be another reflective tool that inspires us to visionize and investigate future education. The course itself will be a laboratory under the student agency approach that fosters curiosity, personal expression, involvement in content, and awareness.
